Overlock / Kansai Machine Tailor

We are seeking a skilled Tailor Cutting Master to join our team in Greater Noida West. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tailoring and garment cutting, with 1 to 7 years of experience. A minimum education of 10th pass is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Pattern Creation:** Design and create patterns for garments based on specifications and measurements to ensure precise cutting and fit.

- **Fabric Cutting:** Accurately cut fabric according to the established patterns while minimizing waste and ensuring the highest quality standards.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect fabric and finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring that all garments meet company quality standards.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with tailors and other team members to communicate design specifications and resolve any issues related to patterns or cutting.

- **Machine Operation:** Operate cutting machines and other tools safely and efficiently, maintaining them in good working order.

- **Training and Supervision:** Mentor and supervise junior tailors, sharing techniques and best practices to improve overall team performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for garment making. A good understanding of various fabrics and tailoring techniques is essential. Strong communication skills are important, as you will collaborate with team members. A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
