Responsibilities:

be required to provide both on- site and remote support for UK based client.

ge the entire support process for your tickets and projects. ITIL process and certification will be an added advantage.

display a strong sense of ownership for all issues assigned, with the objective of either resolving or closing ticket, or escalating the work order and notifying the manager of the department.

provide 2nd and 3rd level network support to our customers. This will include, but not be limited to: Servers, PC's, Firewalls, Switches, Network Connectivity, Security, VoIP, Router, Cisco, and more.
