Hiring For Super Market Helper

We are looking for a dedicated Super Market Helper to support daily operations in our supermarket. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance: Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide information about items to improve their shopping experience.

- Stock Management: Assist in receiving and arranging merchandise on shelves, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.

- Cashier Support: Help at the checkout area by processing transactions and handling cash, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during busy periods.

- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the aisles and checkout areas, and ensure that all areas are organized and presentable for customers.

- Inventory Checks: Regularly check stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in inventory management to prevent stock shortages.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least the 12th grade.

- Ideal candidates will have 1 to 7 years of experience in retail or supermarket settings.

- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting and arranging products comfortably is expected.
