Hiring For Super Market Helper

We are looking for a dedicated Super Market Helper to support daily operations in our supermarket. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance:** Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide information about items to improve their shopping experience.

- **Stock Management:** Assist in receiving and arranging merchandise on shelves, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.

- **Cashier Support:** Help at the checkout area by processing transactions and handling cash, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during busy periods.

- **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness in the aisles and checkout areas, and ensure that all areas are organized and presentable for customers.

- **Inventory Checks:** Regularly check stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in inventory management to prevent stock shortages.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Must have completed at least the 12th grade.

- Ideal candidates will have 1 to 7 years of experience in retail or supermarket settings.

- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
