Banking Sales Process
• Responsible for coaching and developing new DO/DRMs during 0-45 days
• Graduation must with excellent Communication Skills.
• Follow daily , weekly rhythm as defined along with new DO/DRMs
• Responsible ensuring success of new DO/DRMs in terms of their targets
• Update competency score card of DO/DRMs and ensure they are above the benchmark competency scores
• Demonstrate digital sales and customer handling to new DO/DRMs
• Conduct Individual and Group Coaching sessions on daily and weekly basis
• Ensure new DO/DRMs are positively engaged and motivated to deliver expected results
• Ensure quality parameters are adhered
Upto 5 LPA CTC + Shuttle service (Transport) from Metro Station
6 days working 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Mon- Sat)
