• interact with all types of enquiries like calls, emails, chats, and direct walk-ins & counsel them for taking admission in our online and offline courses.

• counsel students about different courses.

• converting walk-ins into admissions.

• resolving student’s queries relating to the course.

• managing the complete admission process and helping students to choose the right course.

• the candidate should have good communication, convincing, and counseling skills.
