Roles and Responsibilities

Inventory control & Maintaining record

Understanding of internal customer and companies requirements

Receipt of incoming goods & materials handling

Checking of Materials Received according to PO.

Receiving and Physical Verification of All Incoming Material.

Responsible for Material Control by maintaining updated Bin Record, Issue Posting and Receipt Posting.

Monitoring to issue of Raw Material to production.

Responsible for maintain all storage level of all materials (maintaining average level & avoiding extra storage).

Handling inward outward materials record.

Identification of all materials in store and stock taking.

Ensure receipt and issues are correctly documented

Check for damage/shortage and prepare report

Supervise unloading of material Count

Assist in Monthly Stock Audit with Accounts Department and other Internal and Statutory Audit.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good Knowledge of stock keeping, materials and space management.

Experience : 0 - 1 Years
