Looking For Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily store activities.

Manage and monitor staff attendance, shifts, and performance.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.

Ensure proper product display, storage, and stock rotation.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues.

Monitor sales, stock movement, and daily store performance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and management teams.

Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage.

Train and guide new employees on store procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.

Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
