Job Description & Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing & monitoring every activity at the store

• Monitoring Customer Service in every aspect

• Providing training to the staff regarding the product

• Developing skills of the Team Members for selling

• Maintaining the customer data

• Handling the outdoor events and jewellery exhibitions

• Maintaining the stock files

• Creating the norms for stocks

• Handling new store opening process.

• Take Interview for selecting various staff for the store

• Providing training and motivating

• Outdoor & Indoor Events

• Regular update and reporting to management on daily activity

• Present strategies for sales growth and festive season

• Co-ordinate with HR manager for efficient management of staff
