Job Description & Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for managing & monitoring every activity at the store

Monitoring Customer Service in every aspect

Providing training to the staff regarding the product

Developing skills of the Team Members for selling

Maintaining the customer data

Handling the outdoor events and jewellery exhibitions

Maintaining the stock files

Creating the norms for stocks

Handling new store opening process.

Take Interview for selecting various staff for the store

Providing training and motivating

Outdoor & Indoor Events

Regular update and reporting to management on daily activity

Present strategies for sales growth and festive season

Co-ordinate with HR manager for efficient management of staff

Experience : 6 - 8 Years
