Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

7. **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. **1-2 years of experience in retail management**: Demonstrated experience in managing store operations and achieving sales targets.

2. **Strong communication skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and suppliers.

3. **Excellent organizational skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and ensure smooth store operations.

4. **Leadership abilities**: Demonstrate leadership skills in motivating and guiding a team towards achieving targets.
