Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager - Female

Experience: 2+ years

Location: MGF Metropolitan Mall, Gurugram AND Chennai

Salary: LPA

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, overseeing store management, retail loss prevention, and communicating effectively with customers and employees.

> Experience in the Lingerie industry is must

Job Description:

- Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management or similar roles

- Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques

- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service experience

- Strong understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory compliance

- Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team

- Responsible for overall store operations, Sales Target, store profitability

Other requirements:

General Shift (9-10 hours)

One Week off between Monday to Thursday (no OFF on Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
