1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
2. Ensure sufficient inventory of required materials all the time.
3. Maintaining Inventory as per the project requirement.
4. Physical stock verification and reconciliation of Stock
5. Stocking / Storing of materials at right places
6. Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories
7. Updating of all Receipts & Issues in ERP.
8. Maintain record of material receipt & issue entries.
9. Monitoring Dispatches and ensuring Material Handling & Dispatch Planning. Coordination with Processing & Outbound teams for timely dispatch of material.
10. Manage with/ overall knowledge in the concepts of Stores functioning
11. Responsible for security and safety of the store
