Store Keeper

Designation:- Store Keeper From Heavy Machinery Industry

Job Description & Requirement:- €¢ Minimum 3 years of experience, working in a static process equipment manufacturing company

€¢ Should be able to handle the below job responsibilities seamlessly:

€¢ Material inward with reference to the PO/MI/TPS

€¢ Physical counting and inspection€¯of inward/issuance€¯material by€¯making sure there is no physical

damage

€¢ Verification and inspection of material as per the documents€¯(PO/MI/TPS)

€¢ Ensuring QC inspection of material wherever required

€¢ Checking stock availability as per TPS and MI

€¢ Segregation of rejected material and ensuring its€¯storage at€¯a designated place

€¢ Information of material in-warded to the relevant stakeholders on a real time basis

€¢ Ensuring proper storage of materials at its designated location until issue

€¢ Updating the material availability status on a real-time basis

€¢ Material issuance, in compliance with the company systems

€¢ Material identification and inventory updation on a timely basis

€¢ Prepare and maintain stock list

€¢ Follow€¯safety norms and SOPs

€¢ Record keeping of inward (GRN), material issuance (MRRN), material indent (MI), log book backing of

welding electrode, delivery challan€¯etc€¯

€¢ Ensure that the store is kept clean and organised

€¢ Perform positive material identification for all SS parts components .- SS304, SS316 etc

€¢ Should have knowledge of material handling, especially for gear box, motor, high thickness, large

length€¯plates, other€¯heavy€¯components, etc
