We are looking for a dedicated Store Keeper to efficiently manage inventory and ensure smooth operations in our store located in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Inventory Management**: Track and maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring all products are accounted for and organized within the storage area.
2. **Receiving Goods**: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, ensuring that all items are received as per the order specifications before accepting them into inventory.
3. **Order Fulfillment**: Prepare and dispatch orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that all items are packaged properly to prevent damage during transit.
4. **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed, preventing shortages and maintaining operational efficiency.
5. **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and safe storage environment by following safety protocols and organizing items to minimize hazards.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with suppliers and team members. A basic understanding of inventory software is preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is important.
