Looking For Store Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated Store Incharge to oversee daily operations at our Gwalior location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store inventory, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are available and properly displayed to enhance customer experience.

2. Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate store staff, ensuring they are trained and performing their duties effectively to promote teamwork and efficiency.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

4. Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to achieve store targets.

5. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards for layout and presentation.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or store management. A completed 12th-grade education is essential. We expect strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate should also be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and have an understanding of inventory management systems. Male candidates are preferred for this role, which is a full-time position, requiring a commitment to working from the office.
