Position Overview: Executing Store/dispatch work under the guidance of the Stores In-charge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Daily Inward Register Hard & Soft Copy.

2. Responsible for preparing daily stock reports and provide to HOD.

3. Responsible for GRPO sorting, original documents, transporter bills to be submit to accounts dept. in time.

4. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping practices in warehouse.

5. Responsible for material issue to plant as per requirement. (RM Dept.)

6. Responsible for label printing & packaging ensure proper labelling. (Dispatch Dept.)

7. Responsible for Carrying out of the weighing of all incoming material.

8. Responsible for vehicle / container checking & loading / unloading for RM, PM & Eng. Dept.
