Steel Fixer - Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Steel Fixer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in steel fixing and a background in construction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Installing Steel Reinforcement:** Measure, cut, bend, and install steel bars, rods, and mesh to reinforce concrete structures, ensuring they are fit for purpose according to plans and specifications.

- **Reading Blueprints:** Study and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine the exact specifications required for each project, ensuring accuracy in the installation process.

- **Assembling Steel Structures:** Join steel sections using binding wire and tying methods, ensuring they are secure and stable for construction needs.

- **Ensuring Safety Compliance:** Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, minimizing accidents and protecting both yourself and your colleagues.

- **Maintaining Clean Worksite:** Keep the work area organized and free from hazards, cleaning up any debris or tools that may pose risks to safety.
