Job Description
• Sourcing GDA (General Duty Attendant) and Nursing staff for fulfilling the client requirements.
• To source and manage vendors for building up a strong staff database
• Bulk hiring of GDAs and nurses to supply to the clients
• Handling the concerns and complaints of the patients.
• To book the appointments for the clients & maintain the planner accordingly.
• Maintain and update records related to patients, their appointments, bills etc.
• To visit the clients and start their services.
• Administrative liaison with patients, patient families, and customers.
• Represent department for developmental programs in coordination with Sales & Marketing team.
• To onboard the staff into the CRM of the organization
• To manage staff documentation
