• sourcing gda (general duty attendant) and nursing staff for fulfilling the client requirements.

• to source and manage vendors for building up a strong staff database

• bulk hiring of gdas and nurses to supply to the clients

• handling the concerns and complaints of the patients.

• to book the appointments for the clients & maintain the planner accordingly.

• maintain and update records related to patients, their appointments, bills etc.

• to visit the clients and start their services.

• administrative liaison with patients, patient families, and customers.

• represent department for developmental programs in coordination with sales & marketing team.

• to onboard the staff into the crm of the organization
