• Strong technical comprehension and experience in application programming using .Net/Java/PHP and MYSQL.

• Knowledge of programming with Scripting Language(s) like JQuery and web based technologies.

• Good knowledge and training experience in CMS like .net/JAVA/PHP.

• Understanding of MVC design patterns and Frameworks like Struts, PHP etc.

• Good knowledge in CSS, Java script, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, XML.

• Clear understanding of RDBMS and / or Database Architecture.

• Must have a good understanding of browser compatibility issues. .

• Knowledge/experience in an Object-oriented programming language preferably .NET.

• Strong coding skills in Java/ .Net or in Open Source

• Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Corel Draw

• In-depth knowledge of web design

• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills

• Must be a quick learner, hardworking, and self-driven
