lear understanding of object oriented programming/modular programming (essential).

• strong technical comprehension and experience in application programming using .net/java/php and mysql.

• knowledge of programming with scripting language(s) like jquery and web based technologies.

• good knowledge and training experience in cms like .net/java/php.

• understanding of mvc design patterns and frameworks like struts, php etc.

• good knowledge in css, java script, ajax, html, xhtml, xml.

• clear understanding of rdbms and / or database architecture.

• must have a good understanding of browser compatibility issues. .

• knowledge/experience in an object-oriented programming language preferably .net.

• strong coding skills in java/ .net or in open source

• good knowledge of adobe photoshop and/or corel draw

• in-depth knowledge of web design

• strong typography, layout and visual design skills

• must be a quick learner, hardworking, and self-driven

• good knowledge of english language is a must

• ability to work in a team and meet deadlines is a must
