Sr. Visa Counselor/ Branch Manager

Position: Senior Abroad Education & Visa Counselor/Branch Manager (Student Visa Experience of USA, UK and/or Canada)

Salary Range: 35,000/- to 60,000/- + Incentives (No bar for right candidate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing the business of the branch.

Ensure the highest quality of customer service is maintained.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including recruitment, staff development and training. Monitor and track performance against goals and objectives.

Set and monitor targets for the branch team.

Develop relationships with key partners, such as universities, schools and other education institutions. Represent the branch in meetings and conferences.

Monitor and assess changes in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the branch.

Prepare and track budgets, financial reports, and other key documents.

Develop marketing and advertising plans to promote the branch.

Create and maintain a positive corporate culture and work environment.

Manage customer inquiries and complaints.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Develop and implement strategies for streamlining and improving processes.

Analyze data to inform decision-making and track progress

Ensure the branch's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in education or related field

- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the overseas education field (Student Visa Knowledge for USA, UK and/or Canada)

- Strong business and marketing acumen.& Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.

- Ability to develop and execute strategies to increase business.- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Knowledge of foreign cultures, customs and regulations.
