Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our FMCG Tobacco Division in Guwahati and the entire North East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing distributor relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- Manage and expand distributor network in Guwahati and North East

- Lead and motivate a team to meet sales targets

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay competitive

- Ensure effective distribution and merchandising of products

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4-5 years of experience in General Trade and Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG/Tobacco industry

- In-depth market knowledge of Guwahati and North East

- Proven team handling and leadership skills

- Strong communication and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Bike and valid Driving License (DL) mandatory
