job description:

we're seeking an experienced senior sales manager to lead our fmcg tobacco division in guwahati and the entire north east region. as a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing distributor relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

key responsibilities:

- develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- manage and expand distributor network in guwahati and north east

- lead and motivate a team to meet sales targets
