Experience: 4 - 5 years of working experience in marketing.

Experience in the development sector is an advantage.

Qualification: Masters Degree in Marketing or equivalent degree or relevant

work

Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Gujarati

speaking and reading skills would be a plus.

Ability to plan strategize and deliver planned goals

Ability to take ownership, define targets and lead the team

with positive goal view

Ability to think critically and come up with creative

marketing solutions

Knowledge of MS word and familiar with social media marketing

Ability to multi-task and willingness to work in more than one

sector

Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain and understand

data

Ability to maintain external marketing partnerships

Responsibilities: Assessing the marketing-readiness of the enterprise and

identifying the target audience

Conducting market research as and when required

Creating monthly online and offline marketing plans based

on the overall marketing strategy.

Setting targets for monthly online and offline campaigns.

End-to-end implementation of marketing plans - online and

offline.

Maintaining and reporting monthly data, maintaining and

reporting monthly analysis across all platforms & extract key-

insights for future campaign development, with

recommendations.

Assessing effectiveness & impact of current marketing

initiatives Preparing reports
