Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Evaluation & Diagnosis:
o Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
2. Assessment & Documentation:
o Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
o Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.
3. Therapy Planning & Implementation:
o Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
o Revise goals regularly based on each childs progress.
4. Conversion & Engagement:
o Support in converting assessed children into therapy by communicating the benefits and needs to parents.
o Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
5. Progress Monitoring:
o Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.
o Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
6. Reporting & Record Keeping:
o Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
o Update data consistently on the MBOPs (Moms Belief Online Platform/System).
7. Collaboration & Communication:
o Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid RCI registration.
1-2 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
Proficiency with therapy tools, documentation software, and online systems.
