 forecast and achieve monthly sales target.

 prospecting, identifying and generating new business.

 make daily sales calls / presentations and achieve monthly sales revenue / targets.

 handle walk-in prospects.

 handle sales enquires on site.

 handle channel partners on site.

 lead generation through timely follow-ups.

 participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a closure.

 responsible for revenue and collection.

 taking prospects for site visit and answering all relevant queries in the process

 converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate property to the prospects, which matches the investment need of the prospects.

 providing after sales services and assist in home loans for the customers

 responding to requests for information in a timely manner.

 using leads generated by marketing team as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities etc.).

 proposing and implementing sales promotion activities for the project.

 develop and maintain positive customer relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.

 prepare action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.

 making plan of action and maintaining accurate sales reports (daily, weekly and monthly).

 well versed with ms office tools for making client level presentations and reports
