vam systems is currently looking for solution system integrator expert for our uae operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

qualifications – required education, minimum work years’ experience

• bachelor’s degree in business administration or mba

• safe/pmp or prince certified

• 8+ years of project management experience with knowledge of and experience in telecom, ict, b2c and b2b sectors

• 3+ years’ experience with digital transformation [business and technology transformation]

technical and soft skills

• think strategically and understand how the design phase fits into the broader goals of the organization

• strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project objectives

• effective communicator who can clearly and concisely convey project goals, timelines, and expectations to team members and stakeholders

• identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget

• strong time management skills and be able to effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to ensure that the project is completed on time

• develop comprehensive project plans that outline project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. should be able to adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances

• identify and resolve problems that arise during the project, using creative and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles
