required skills & experience

12+ years of software engineering experience.

35 years in architectural roles.

strong experience with docker, , python (ai knowledge is a plus).

background in fast-scaling startups or product-based companies.

expertise in system design, scalability, architecture patterns, and performance tuning.

hands-on coding ability when needed.

strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

knowledge of modern tech stacks cloud, microservices, apis, devops, backend technologies, etc.
