job description:

we are seeking a highly experienced senior solution architect / practice head with 18 to 22 years of extensive experience in sap functional modules to lead and manage our sap practice. the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sap solutions, a proven track record of successful project deliveries, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives within the organization.

- 18 to 22 years of extensive experience in sap functional modules -fico / pp/qm / sd with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

- proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale sap projects across various industries.

- strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and drive long-term initiatives.

- experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- deep understanding of sap architecture, integration points, and best practices.

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

key responsibilities:

- lead and manage the sap practice, overseeing all functional areas including but not limited to sap fico, sd, mm, pp, and other relevant modules.

- architect and design end-to-end sap solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
