Job Title: Solar Site Supervisor

Location: As per project site

Experience: 1–3 years (Solar / Electrical field preferred)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Requirement: Candidate must have a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise solar panel installation and maintenance at project sites.

Manage and guide helpers/labour teams during installation work.

Ensure proper wiring, mounting structures, and inverter connections.

Monitor daily site progress and report to the project manager.

Ensure safety standards and quality control at the site.

Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and engineers for smooth execution.

Handle basic troubleshooting of solar systems if issues arise.

Maintain site reports, installation records, and material usage.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of solar systems, electrical wiring, and installations.

Ability to handle site workers and coordinate tasks.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Willing to travel to multiple sites.

Additional Requirements:

Bike Mandatory for site visits.

Valid Driving License required.

Ready to work on field / project sites.
