Key Responsibilities:

–ªï¸ Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.

–ªï¸Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum plant uptime.

–ªï¸Monitor and manage system performance for optimum energy output.

–ªï¸Ensure safety standards are strictly followed.

–ªï¸Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and operational records.

–ªï¸Collaborate with the team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

–ªï¸Diploma or Bachelor€™s in Electrical Engineering or related field.

–ªï¸Minimum 2 years of experience in solar plant operations (preferred).

–ªï¸Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance & safety compliance.

–ªï¸Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on-site.

–ªï¸Hands-on experience with solar inverter systems, monitoring tools, and grid integration is a plus.
