job description / responsibilities

we are looking for solar design engineers to support our current

project team. day to day tasks will include:

- complete design of rooftop and ground mount solar pv

power plants including

• layout design,

• based on project size select suitable modules and

• inverters

• carry out pvsyst simulation and 3inalise string design

• con3irmation of design from inverter manufacturer

• based on dc design carry out ac design including ac

• cable sizing, acdb design,

• for ground mount projects in addition to above carry

• out transformer sizing, preparing speci3ications for

• transformer, ht breaker, lt panel, acdb, ups db for

• procurement; preparing switchyard layout

• cable sizing. cable routing and cable termination

• including accessories required for same.

• design the protection systems including earthing,

• lightning arrestors.

• design the monitoring system along with the required

• sensors and scada system as required by sldc

- support procurement team for quotations for all equipment and accessories.

- support procurement team during order 3inalization

- support procurement team for coordinating material

- deliveries in time

support site activities:

• resolve site queries and issues, if any.

• coordinate with site supervisor and suppliers for

• commissioning activities.
