Position: Software Trainer - Garment Software

As a Garment/Textile Manufacturing Software Trainer at BrillBrains Technolabs, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to our clients in the garment and textile manufacturing sector. Your role will involve delivering engaging and informative training sessions to clients and internal teams on the use of our software solutions to optimize their manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product development team to understand software features and functionalities.

Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various user levels and learning styles.

Conduct training sessions for clients, either onsite or remotely, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.

Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional training and support throughout the implementation process.

Address client questions and concerns during training sessions and follow-up as needed.

Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales, customer support, and implementation teams, to ensure they have a deep understanding of our software products.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback from participants.

Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices.

Gather feedback from clients and internal teams on software usability and training needs.
