job description:

the software test engineer will be responsible for manual testing of internal and vendor supplied software and systems, including those associated with smart phones and telecommunications products.

roles & responsibilities:

• write test plans from the requirements, specifications and test strategies

• debugging and determining root cause

• planning, authoring, debugging, and executing performance test

• knowledge of design, execution and reviews of test cases and test scripts.

• good knowledge of manual testing.

• involved in gui testing, functional and regression testing, knowledge about test director.

• manual testing (website testing)

• mobile testing (i-phone/android, 2d & 3d game / web application testing)

• writing report on test result and quality problems and analyses of the same.

• reports results to the qa manager

• raise an alert when an important issue is likely to put in jeopardy the whole project

requirements:

• ability to do strong root cause analysis.

• strong understanding of qa processes and concepts including test case preparation, and testing methodologies.

• use versioning systems to code test scripts.

• create and perform test campaign whenever it is necessary to fit in the overall planning.

• use bug tracking database to report bugs.

• strong oral and written communication skills are essential

Sound Engineer/Technician(s) are required to assemble, operate and maintain the technical equipment used to record, amplify, enhance, mix or reproduce sound. They need to identify the sound requirements for a given task or situation and perform the appropriate actions to produce this sound.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Sound technician roles are split into two categories:
Production The recording of all sound in studio.
Post-Production - The balancing, mixing, editing , designing and enhancing of pre-recorded audio.

Production activities include:

Assessing the acoustics of the performance area and assembling and operating the necessary equipment.
Consulting with Project Manager(s) and performer to determine the sound requirements.
Selecting, positioning, adjusting and operating the equipment used for amplification and recording.
Applying technical knowledge of sound recording equipment to achieve the determined artistic objectives.
Candidate would be responsible for recording of game audio tracks.
Recording sound onto digital audio tape or hard disk recorders.
Monitoring audio signals to detect sound-quality deviations or malfunctions.
Anticipating and correcting any problems.
Maintaining and repairing sound equipment.
Editing of game audio tracks in Nuendo, Logic Pro, Pro tools or Equivalent

Post-production activities include:

Integrating (synchronization) of pre-recorded audio (dialogue, sound effects and music) with visual content;
Re-recording and synchronizing audio (post-synching);
Mixing and balancing speech, effects and music;
Editing and Designing Sound effects;
Creating and altering sound effects for use in Games/Applications.
Mastering of audio tracks and designing of game audio tracks.
Editing and making of Promos of game play videos in Final Cut Pro.
