Job Description

we are looking for a software project manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. the ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from start to finish.

collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, designers, qa, and stakeholders.

define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.

track project progress and report status to senior management and clients.

ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of software products.

coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (agile/scrum).

maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
