mernstack team leader

we are looking for a talented mernstack team leader to lead a team of developers and make a major impact on our business. managing all phases of it application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities, leveraging best practice standards.

jd :

- lead and mentor a team of javascript developers

- collaborate with project managers, and other team leaders to plan, nurture, and implement an efficient and effective development process.

- design, code and manage large scale services using cutting edge technologies (nodejs, reactjs, angularjs, etc)

- tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them.

- write high-quality code.

- should have a professional approach toward work, create & manage project plans.

required skills?

- a bachelor’s degree or master degree in computer science or a related field

- 2+ years of experience leading team

- at least 2 years of experience in developing front-end (well-known frameworks- reactjs)

- comfortable taking challenges and learning new technologies

- excellent communication skills and client-facing experience

- ability to mentor and build the team.

- able to complete projects in a timely manner

- understanding of formal project management methodologies
