🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time Software Development Manager who can lead a distributed team of engineers, oversee project execution, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation along with team leadership and project management expertise.

🔧 Responsibilities

Lead and manage a remote team of software developers across web and mobile platforms

Set development goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Architect and review technical solutions for scalability, security, and performance

Work closely with project managers, designers, QA, and clients to translate business needs into technical execution

Review code, mentor developers, and foster a culture of technical excellence

Implement best practices in agile processes, DevOps, version control, and documentation

Handle team allocations, performance feedback, and process improvements

✅ Required Skills

7+ years of experience in software development (backend, mobile, or full-stack)

2+ years in a team lead or managerial role

Strong understanding of modern tech stacks: JavaScript/, React, Flutter, Java/Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS), AWS/GCP, etc.

Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience in scoping, estimating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage remote teams effectively

💡 Preferred Skills

Hands-on coding ability to guide developers when needed

Experience with SaaS product architecture and scalable systems

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration tools (JIRA, Notion, Slack, GitHub, etc.)

Prior experience in an early-stage startup or digital agency is a plus
