Job Description

Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes. Monitoring the effectiveness of training materials, Assessing the weaknesses and strengths of individuals and adjusting training as needed. Training plan & Timing of different training sessions ,Choosing the relevant training methods , Preparing the training materials and aids , Conducting training sessions and Evaluating the post training session , Highly knowledgeable and competent enough , Possess relevant industry experience , Good in communication/ presentation and be practical enough to make the overall training session fruitful to the trainees.

Should be able to conduct training in soft skills & behavioral skills.

Should have good communication & presentation skills .

Ability to handle trainees and good platform skills.
