Looking For Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Varanasi, India. The ideal candidate will enhance the soft skills of our participants, helping them develop essential interpersonal abilities for personal and professional success.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Conduct Training Sessions:** Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions on topics like communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving. Ensure training is interactive to enhance participant involvement.

- **Assess Participant Skills:** Evaluate the current soft skills levels of participants through assessments and observations. Provide tailored feedback to help them improve.

- **Develop Training Content:** Create relevant training materials, including presentations and exercises, to suit the needs of varying audiences. Ensure content is up-to-date and effective.

- **Monitor Progress:** Track and measure the improvement of participants over time. Adjust training methods as necessary based on participant feedback and performance.

- **Facilitate Workshops:** Organize and manage workshops that focus on practical scenarios and role-playing to help participants apply their skills in real-life situations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a strong background in training, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in soft skills development. A postgraduate degree is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a passion for helping others learn. The ability to adapt training techniques to diverse audiences and learning styles is crucial for success in this role.
