Able to communicate with Managing committee to understand tasks.
Able to get work done from vendors.
Ensure routine day to day management of society related to Finance, Compliance and Administration matters are handled with diligence.
Acts as the point of contact for any escalations from the Society.
Ensure smooth operations at Society premises and society matters.
Maintenance of files and registers.
Should be computer literate.
Able to compose mails / circulars / notice / NOC etc.
Record minutes of meetings.
Supervise the repair works, whenever and wherever necessary.
Will be responsible for monthly Collections.

Must have good communication skills.
Should be confident and patient enough to handle the responsibilities given and should maintain a good relationship with all.
Should be well presentable and have a decent personality to have an interactive approach.
Well versed with the Housing society (Residential) bye-laws and rules.
