● Ability to analyse complex problems, craft possible solutions

and recommendations.

ï‚· Lisoning with administrators, professionals, community leaders & bare foot social

workers.

ï‚· Home and community visits

ï‚· Community Mapping and Schedule Preparation

ï‚· Organizing of training programs.

ï‚· Community resource mobilisation & Coordination

ï‚· Family counselling

ï‚· Psycho Social Education

ï‚· Facilitating PWDs and families for availing various schemes and benefits

ï‚· Planning and organizing screening camps and training programs

ï‚· Forming support groups in the community

ï‚· Linking the PwD and families with the services such as school, livelihood etc

ï‚· Future planning and cluster mapping

ï‚· Any other activities given time to time.
