We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks user's responsibilities. you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy to increase the online presence and support marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging social media strategies

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.

Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and others.

Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

Analyze competitor activity.

Updated on the latest trends on the above platforms like AI tools, canva, Google Analytics.

Plan strategies & running required campaigns for developing business.

ChatGPT would be an added advantage.

SEO, google AdWords.

Undertake audience research.

Recommend improvements to increase performance.

Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Coordinate with design and marketing teams for illustrating content.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in a similar role at an enterprise SaaS company, or a growth marketing agency serving enterprise SaaS companies.

Proficiency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use effective storytelling techniques.

Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics to analyze key social media metrics and action data-backed strategy across platforms.
