Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scheduling: Write, edit, and publish engaging text, image, and video content. Maintain an active content calendar across all major channels.
Community Management: Monitor direct messages, comments, and mentions. Build authentic audience relationships by responding to queries and encouraging user interaction.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and conversion. Generate reports to refine future strategies.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
