Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our social media marketing. Youwill be responsible for handling the ideation to execution of content and campaigns for all our socialmedia accounts. You need to have prior experience in creating social media calendars, reels,creatives using canva and short videos using any or desktop video softwaresAs a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes andsocial media trends You should be great at thinking out of the box, be great with visualcommunication and have excellent people skillsNote: This role requires travelling as and where required to shoot content for reels, videos and othersocial media marketing purposes. While it’s a desk job, it would entail travel across Mumbai,including to our factory in Mira Road.Responsibilities:● Strategizing the calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and Pinterest etc.● Ideating on content and campaigns for the above social media channels and developingand executing the said ideas● Analysing the performance of all activities on a monthly basis● Reaching out to influencers to collaborate for brand marketing purpose across all theabove channels● Copywriting and content writing for all social content and hashtag research● Designing creatives as and when required, creating reels and videos as and when required● Handling dms, comments, and outreach to relevant accounts on social channels● Keeping all handles up to date to reflect the brands philosophy and personality● Increase content distribution by discovering other social platforms and building for thesameTechnical requirements of the role● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate with 2+ years work experience● Hands on experience in content creation and management● Proven work experience as a Social media manager● Designing a posts and reels for social media● Knowledge of online marketing channels
