Social Media Manager

🚀 About the Role

We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can implement social media strategies and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.

You don’t need to be an expert strategist — we will handle that. Your job is to execute the plan: handle posting, content formatting, captions, creatives, coordination, and more.

If you love organizing, posting, experimenting on social media, and want to grow in this field — this is for you.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Upload and schedule content on platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube

• Assist in writing basic captions (AI tools will be available for help)

• Coordinate with designers (or use Canva if comfortable)

• Manage engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and queries

• Monitor insights, post reach, and help with reporting

• Support in launching & managing paid ads (training provided if needed)

• Maintain content calendars, checklists, and deadlines

• Re purpose content across platforms

📌 What We’re Looking For

• Good knowledge of all major platforms: FB, Insta, YouTube, Twitter (X), LinkedIn. Training can be provided.

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Self-organized and willing to take initiative

• Canva skills are a bonus, not mandatory

• Willing to learn and grow in digital marketing

• Basic understanding of ad scheduling or ready to learn.

• Marathi and English written language skills are necessary.

• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
