key responsibilities:

social media strategy and execution:

collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive social

strategy remains relevant and effective.

set clear goals and kpis to measure the success of social media initiatives and provide

regular performance reports.

content creation and management:

write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that resonate with our b2b

audience and reflect our brands voice and messaging.

develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms

including twitter, instagram, linkedin, and others.

design and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, promotions, and

events.

community engagement:

monitor and manage social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and

mentions in a timely and professional manner.

foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance

brand visibility and credibility.

analytics and optimization:

analyze social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for

improvement.

adjust strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and feedback to optimize results

collaboration and coordination:

qualifications:

bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in social media management, specifically within the b2b domain.
