Role & Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligning with
their overall marketing goals and performance marketing objectives.
— Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
— Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track success and adjust
strategies as needed
— Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social
media efforts align with overall campaign objectives
— Manage ORM
— Create regular social listening reports
— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management and performance marketing
Skills Required:
— Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet deadlines.
— Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
clients, team members, and stakeholders.
— Experience in planning and implementing integrated strategies on
brands, driving business value for them.
— Ability to provide training support to the team and implement ways
of working/processes/schedules to course-correct.
— Basic knowledge of KPI sheets, P&L management, manpower mapping,
salary budgeting, and succession planning.
— Creative problem-solving attitude and ability to identify and develop PR
opportunities.
— Ability to facilitate effective payment collection from clients to ensure timely
payment.
— Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing,
and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred.
— Knowledge of whatsapp and email marketing.
— Strong analytical skills and experience with social media
metrics.
— Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
RELEVANT INFORMATION:
— We work 5 days a week Mon €“ Fri from 9:30 to 6:30
— A Bachelor€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Master€™s degree in communications/ MMs/ MBA is welcome.
