Position: Marketing Manager cum Social Media Manager

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager cum Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies across various channels with a primary focus on social media platforms. This role involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics and coordinating with all internal teams and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms.

Manage and maintain social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinating with internal teams

Branding across all marketing channels.

Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress, identify trends and optimize strategies for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into strategies.

Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines governing social media and ensure compliance in all activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
