Position: Social Media Marketing executive for Marathi books

Location: Bajirao road, Pune. Work from office only.

Education & Experience: Any graduate/diploma/degree with at least 2 years€™ experience in similar marketing profile. He/ she should have hands-on experience in managing social media promotion and marketing campaigns for Marathi literature. Prior experience in marketing of fictional & non fictional books will be an added advantage.

Skills required:

€¢ Marathi speaking candidates preferred with good written and verbal communication skills

€¢ Quick learner, proactive and self-driven candidates welcome

€¢ Good negotiation skills

€¢ Must love reading Marathi books.

Key responsibilities:

€¢ Regular and digital Marketing for books by Mehta Publishing

€¢ Posting updates on social media about marketing and promotional events conducted by Mehta Publishing house.

€¢ Posting minimum 3 videos related to MPH books each month on Youtube

€¢ Minimum 1 post daily on Insta and FB- could be dinvishesh/author birthday etc

€¢ Access showroom tab for sharing posts/ads on WhatsApp groups and broadcast list

€¢ Using CRM data for marketing

€¢ Coordinate with artists for video reviews

€¢ Creating posters for events held-to be used in MMGJ

€¢ Collecting and watching out for book reviews from other sources- newspapers/magazines etc and posting them on MPH website.

€¢ Managing and organizing book reading/ story telling sessions (abhivachan) for kids and adults in senior citizens club/ kids€™ sports clubs/PYC/ Deccan Gymkhana/ ladies groups and so on.

€¢ Organizing competitions (based on our titles- online and offline) to encourage reading among public and increasing awareness about MPH

€¢ Running marketing campaigns using conventional & unconventional methods.

€¢ New market development by targeting books stores, industries, shopping malls, toy shops, big residential projects etc.

€¢ Continuous effective campaigning & branding of the company

€¢ Suggest and implement new marketing ideas

€¢ Should be ready to travel to district & taluka places, if required sometimes.
