We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Handling and Discord Manager. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and maintaining an engaging and interactive presence on Discord. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess basic computer knowledge, familiarity with social media platforms, and have strong English typing and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging and informative content to promote our brand, products, and services across social media channels.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.

Create and manage online communities on Discord, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our target audience.

Engage with Discord community members, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.

Ensure that the brand's voice and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms and Discord.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and community management.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computer operations and social media platforms.

Excellent English typing and comprehension skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Ability to create engaging content and adapt writing style for different platforms.

Good understanding of online communities and experience managing Discord servers is a plus.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
