Job Description

 product after sales support, on sites installation and service in pune, warranty and quality issues resolution

 understand the products, it configuration and installation processes (detailed training shall be provided).

 understand the products, mobile application, alexa compatibility in detail

 coordinate with all concerned departments and clients (in pune) for smooth product installations.

 handover the site to the client with appropriate trainings and configuration.

 maintain tracker for the open issues and customer queries on company’s software platform with real time

updates.

 provide on-call support to clients, provide product training and initial guidance to the clients

 visit different sites locations across pune to take out the final requirement for the products to be installed.

 work closely with the sales team and production team to ensure timely delivery.

technical

competencies  familiar in ms-excel, good communication skills
