Site Supervisor

 Product after sales support, on sites installation and service in Pune, warranty and quality issues resolution

 Understand the products, IT configuration and installation processes (detailed training shall be provided).

 Understand the products, mobile application, alexa compatibility in detail

 Coordinate with all concerned departments and clients (in Pune) for smooth product installations.

 Handover the site to the client with appropriate trainings and configuration.

 Maintain tracker for the open issues and customer queries on Company’s software platform with real time

updates.

 Provide on-call support to clients, Provide product training and initial guidance to the Clients

 Visit different sites locations across Pune to take out the final requirement for the products to be installed.

 Work closely with the sales team and production team to ensure timely delivery.
