Site Supervisor

ï‚· Product after sales support, on sites installation and service in Pune, warranty and quality issues resolution

ï‚· Understand the products, IT configuration and installation processes (detailed training shall be provided).

ï‚· Understand the products, mobile application, alexa compatibility in detail

ï‚· Coordinate with all concerned departments and clients (in Pune) for smooth product installations.

ï‚· Handover the site to the client with appropriate trainings and configuration.

 Maintain tracker for the open issues and customer queries on Company’s software platform with real time

updates.

ï‚· Provide on-call support to clients, Provide product training and initial guidance to the Clients

ï‚· Visit different sites locations across Pune to take out the final requirement for the products to be installed.

ï‚· Work closely with the sales team and production team to ensure timely delivery.

TECHNICAL
