Surface preparation inspection, daily work planning for sandblasters and painters Controlling and storing painting and coating materials, calibrating and validating blasting and painting equipment, qualification and knowledge of coating processes Conditions in the atmosphere, Coating cycle monitoring, DFT, WFT, Adhesion, Holiday test, and so on.

Inspect, check, and supervise all painting and coating-related projects to ensure that the final products comply with corporate procedures, customer requirements, and international regulations and standards. Different standards, such as NACE, SSPC, and ISO, are familiar.

Understanding of how to manage client relationships in a positive way.

Plans and creates work schedules, tool and equipment usage schedules, painting budget priorities, and equipment maintenance processes.

Follows all safety rules and adheres to the job's relevant codes and standards.
