• bachelors in engineering, building sciences or relevant subjects.

• project management professional certification or any equivalent qualification is an added bonus.

• team player and collaborative nature.

• excellent communication and leadership skills.

• strong multitasking, time management and organisational skills.

• excellent knowledge of building permits, legal requirements and construction procedures.

• well versed with construction and project management software.

• supervise the construction project from start to finish.

• coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements.

• network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignments.

• monitor the performance of personnel on site and provide directions and feedback as and when required.

• ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.

• address any grievance of personnel.

• report any discrepancies to superiors and implement effective and timely solutions.
